Office Management

		Earl has been working in the water and wastewater field for over nineteen years. He and his family have been a part of our community for several years. Earl not only brings experience to the corporation but also his understanding of our members and our community. He looks forward to serving the membership and the Corporation for many years to come.
Earl Foster

		Sharon came to work at KWSC in December 2007 as a temp and accepted the office manager position permanently in March of 2008. She has lived in the hill country since 1993 and loves living and working in the small town community. She looks forward to being a part of the KWSC family for many years.
Sharon Valentine

		Sharon Tanner started with KWSC in Customer Service/Support in November 2000 and was promoted to Accounts Receivable in March 2005. Though born in California, Sharon has lived in Texas most of her life, mostly in Fredericksburg. She graduated from John Marshall High School in San Antonio and attended both San Antonio College and UTSA. She spent 18 years working for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department before coming to Kingsland. When not working, Sharon enjoys sewing and quilting and spending time with her family.
Sharon Tanner

		Eloina came to work for KWSC in June of 2006. She attended Burnet schools and graduated from Burnet High School in 1995. Eloina grew up in Buchanan Dam and has lived in Kingsland with her husband since 1995, she enjoys working with the public and spending time with her kids. Eloina looks forward to growing with the Corporation and become a helpful asset to its members. “El” as known by her co-workers will gladly help you over the phone or in person with any questions or concerns about your water account.
