Linda has lived in Kingsland since 1973. She is a local gal who graduated from Llano High School in 1977. She has worked for CTEC for the past ten years. She and her husband have been married for 27 years. It is her belief that KWSC needs to move in a direction that will work for all members concerned. Since she has grown up in the area, her knowledge of the community would be a great asset to the KWSC Board. |

Mr. Bearden is a retired farmer. He farmed for 34 years in Hidalgo & Cameron Counties. The farm was a 5,500 acres and all irrigated. He has served as President of the Santa Rosa School Board; Vice President of Irrigation Water District; President of the Kingsland Senior Center and is a Lion's Club member. He was a partner in a Cotton Gin, a Land Leveling Service & AG Aviation Service. He feels that the knowledge he had gained through the years especially in water conservation would be a welcome assett to the KWSC Board.
